We’ll ask a few questions about what brings you to therapy, what you hope will change, and what you’re looking for in a therapist.
2) Make sure the fit feels right
We’ll consider both clinical specialties and personality fit so you can feel confident about who you’ll be working with.
3) Discuss the next steps
We’ll talk through rates, payment, scheduling, and availability. If it feels like a good fit, you’ll be connected with your therapist to schedule your first full session.

Choose who you’d like to meet
When you open our scheduling page, you’ll be able to select a therapist and choose from their available consultation times. The therapist you select will conduct your consultation.

Chelsea works with adults navigating eating disorders, body image, LGBTQ+ concerns, anxiety, perfectionism, relationships, and identity.
$175 per individual therapy session
Sam Carter-Orbke (she/her)
Sam offers steady, grounding therapy for eating disorders, LGBTQ+ concerns, grief, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and deeper personal growth.
$150 per individual therapy session
Emily Maguire (she/her)
$165 per individual therapy session
Emily offers warm, approachable therapy for eating disorders, body image, anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity, and self-worth.
