Do you see clients in person or only via teletherapy?
We currently see clients in person at our office in East Nashville or online throughout Tennessee and several other states, depending upon your specific needs and wants. Please reach out directly to see if virtual services are offered in your area.
What are your fees?
Rates range from $140-$150 per 50 minute session depending upon therapist.
Do you take insurance?
We are not currently in network with any insurance providers. However, we are happy to provide you with a superbill to assist you in filing for reimbursement with your insurance company as an out of network provider. Check to see if your policy allows for this and contact us with any questions.
Do you offer a sliding scale?
We understand that dedication to your mental health can require a significant financial commitment and are here to help when finances may be a barrier. Please reach out to us directly to discuss the possibility of reducing your fee based on financial need.
